Because the villa is in an exclusive and quiet neighborhood, parties are not allowed!
During the winter months (November - March) we assume you like the pool to be heated and include the heating up to 25°C.
We are happy to heat the pool for you to 28°C or during the summer months. Since the energy prices on the island are unfortunately extremely high, there is an extra costs of € 25 per day for additional heating.
